By using Planner ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Planner is a personal calendar and event management tool. Features include event creation, reminders, email notifications, Google Calendar import, and optional premium subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
When you enable Google Calendar import, we request read-only access to your Google Calendar events. This data is stored only to display within Planner. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which removes the stored token.
Premium features are available via a recurring £10/year subscription, billed through PayPal. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or service interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
